By placing an order with WarHead Offroad, you agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL
All products are designed for off-road use and may experience wear depending on usage conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper fitment and safe use.
PRICING & ORDERS
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
CUSTOM FABRICATION
Many WarHead Offroad products are custom-built. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges lead times and custom nature of the product.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All shipments are FOB (Freight On Board)
- Once shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Custom and fabricated items are non-returnable
- Returns require prior approval and an RMA number
- Unauthorized returns will be refused
- Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WarHead Offroad is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse of products
- Off-road damage or accidents
- Vehicle damage or loss of use
Liability is limited to the original purchase price.
INSTALLATION
Customer is responsible for proper installation. Failure to install correctly voids any warranty and releases WarHead Offroad from liability.
