Warhead Offroad warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If a defect is found during the warranty period, Warhead Offroad will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty does NOT cover: damage caused by accidents, collisions, rollovers, or impacts; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, or finish wear from use; corrosion or rust resulting from environmental exposure; modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by Warhead Offroad; improper installation; abusive, negligent, or unintended use; damage from competition or racing; or any use beyond the product's intended off-road recreational purpose.
FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. This product is intended exclusively for off-road, recreational, or closed-course use. It is not designed, tested, or approved for use on public roads or highways. This product is not DOT (Department of Transportation) approved and does not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). Warhead Offroad is not liable for injury, death, property damage, or any other loss resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or installation of our products. By purchasing and installing this product, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
